About the Author

Denise Szecsei Ph.D., is an assistant professor of mathematics at Stetson University where she teaches a variety of math classes to liberal arts students. She has degrees in physics, chemistry, and mathematics from the University of Redlands. She served four years as a technical instructor in the U.S. Navy and went on to earn a Ph.D. in mathematics from Florida State University. She is the author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Geometry.
