About the Author
Lori Beckstead is a podcaster and Associate Professor in the RTA School of Media at Toronto Metropolitan University, Canada, who loves dad jokes, footnotes, and bandying about the word 'neoliberalism'.
Ian M. Cook is an anthropologist from a magical place where giant gingers are produced. He works for OLIve - the Open Learning Initiative in Hungary, which provides adult education for people who have experienced displacement.
Hannah McGregor is a podcaster, writer, and Associate Professor of Publishing at Simon Fraser University, Canada. She always has an automated email reply on, even when she's not on holiday.
Lance Dann is Senior Lecturer in Audio and Digital Media Production in the School of Art, Design and Media at the University of Brighton in Hastings, UK. He is a multiple Radio Academy Award-winning producer, academic and sound designer. He is a former associate member of The Wooster Group, Commissioner of Programming at Resonance 104.4FM (London), a regular contributor to BBC radio, and creator of the transmedia drama The Flickerman.
