Edward Moxon. 1838. First thus. Printed at The Chiswick Press by Charles Whittingham. Measures 16.5 x 10.5cm. A VERY FINE AND DETAILED FORE-EDGE depicting industrial river scene. Bound in full maroon morocco, gilt borders and decorations, minor wear to corners, joints and head and tail of spine. Spine slightly faded. All edges gilt. Fore-edge invisible when book is closed. A clean and sound copy of a very collectable volume housed in red slipcase.
