Uneven toning to wrappers, mild edge wear. Couple of pages with a chip or tear to thje fore-edge. Clean with no writing, marks, or stains. A California pioneer (so stated on the front cover), Neat's poems include Coronation of King George V., Wondrous Nature, The Convolvulus, Spring Time, The Spider's Web, Our President (Woodrow Wilson), San Francisco Bay, and others.
