The collection is divided chronologically, including poems from Tennyson's early years as well as some of his most notable works from his later years. A lovely copy of this work in fine floral binding. Also includes a prize dedication from Cathedral School, Exeter from Christmas 1908, presented to a student from the headmaster. In quarter vellum binding with cloth covered boards. Fine floral design on the spine of the book. Externally, bright with minor shelfwear only. A few light marks to boards. Inscription to the front pastedown indicating prize dedication: '"Ut voce, ita vita" - Cathedral School, Exeter, Uyles Francis, Prize in Form III, Christmas, 1908.
