Poems, Thoughts, Reflections, and Experiences

The book delves into the writer's life cycle, exploring his experiences, thoughts, and feelings, and offers a message of encouragement to those who may struggle with self-expression. It draws on psychological theories from figures like Albert Ellis, Robert White, Carl Rogers, Anna Freud, and Sigmund Freud, while also incorporating psychoanalytic and behavioral models. It connects with the fields of social work and counseling, and reflects on philosophical themes and the nature of consciousness. The work emphasizes resolving conflict and offers an alternative to prayer, which the writer views as magical. Instead, it proposes a more practical approach to addressing everyday challenges. Above all, the writer expresses deep gratitude and pays tribute to the people who have positively impacted his life, with particular thanks to his wife, Gloria.
