Dark blue cloth spine and sides with a mounted, printed paper title label on the spine, tan paper over boards; glassine dustjacket. The front cover shows a small brown spot, the top-edge of the colophon page has been careleesly opened with loss to the paper, but not to the text. The glassine dustjacket shows age-related tanning, chipping to spine ends.
