Cecil A. Phillips Sr. born in Antigua, West Indies,immigrated to the United States in 1967. In his youth, hewas inspired by the romantic side of life and developed apassion for poetry, graphic art & music, considering themenjoyable and creative outlets for relaxing and findinginner peace. After living in San Diego, California formany years, the former military service member nowresides in New York City. He is vigorously studyingcomputer graphics.
