This edition of Milton's Poetry is a reprint, as carefulas Editors and Printers have been able to make it, from the earliest printed copies of the several poems. First the 1645 volume of the Minor Poems has been printed entire ; then follow in order the poems added in the reissue of 1673 ; the Paradise Lost, from the edition of 1667 ; and the Paradise Regain'd and Samson Agoniste from the edition of 1671. **There is a presentation notice, dated 1906, inside the front cover and the book has a maroon leatherbound cover with Newington College, Sydney in gilt at front and spine. Ron Robertson, along with his late wife Helen established Rons Bookshop in 1998 as a bricks and mortar bookshop. Helen died in 2014 and Ron carried on running the shop alone and joined the ABE family and commenced selling online in June 2017. Ron decided to close the bricks and mortar shop, from the close of business on December 31 2019 and concentrate on the online business from home.
