Full polished calf by SOTHERAN, London, volume 1 has a Woodburytype portrait of Tennyson from life, volume 3 has a Woodburytype of a portrait bust of Tennyson, the other volumes all have a steel-engraved frontispiece, all half titles present, a bit of rubbing of some spine ends and edges, spines gilt with raised bands, end-papers and edges marbled, a nice set, volume 7 is particularly scarce.
