‘The Poetical Works Of William Cowper - Complete Edition.’ ~ Edited by HS Milford, MA; pub by Oxford University Press - Henry Frowde 1905; Half dark blue leather with 5 raised bands and red label and light blue cloth covers, with title & design on spine in gilt; all edges marbled, same marbled pattern for front & back end papers; 8vo, 706pps, frontispiece is a picture of William Cowper by George Romney, with tissue cover. Several names and dates on inside front page; leather covers are a bit rubbed and faded, as also the corners of the book; o/w book in very good condition tight in binding.

I am selling off my collection of books, 6-8,000 titles or more, collected over the last 60 years. I used to own Harveys Books in Leicester, UK till it closed down in the mid 90's, so have been involved in 2nd Hand & Antiquarian books, on and off, since 1968.
