About the Author
Diane Boller and Don Selby are two of the founding editors of the Poetry Daily website (poems.com) and continue to select the poems published each day.
Chryss Yost is an award-winning poet, writer and web designer. With Dana Gioia and Jack Hicks, she coedited California Poetry: From the Gold Rush to the Present. She works at the University of California and is an editor of Solo: A Journal of Poetry. Rita Dove is a former U.S. Poet Laureate and a Pulitzer Prize–winning poet. Dana Gioia is a poet, critic and the author of Can Poetry Matter? In January 2003, he was appointed Chairman of the National Endowment of the Arts.
