She is an emergency medicine locum provider at various critical access hospitals and is a course developer and adjunct professor for the University of Mount Union's Emergency Nurse Practitioner program. She is active in various leadership roles for the American Academy of Emergency Nurse Practitioners (AAENP) as a state representative for Arizona and South Dakota, ultrasound sub-committee chair, and educational committee member.

Wesley Davis, DNP, ENP-C, FNP-C, AGACNP-BC, FAANP, FAEN, FAAN is an assistant professor and the Dual Family/Emergency Nurse Practitioner Specialty Coordinator at the University of South Alabama College of Nursing. For over 20 years, Dr. Davis has worked as an emergency nurse in a variety of settings and has been widely published in emergency and trauma nursing.
