About The Author: Rajeevan R is currently working as Associate Professor, Department of Political Science, N.S.S College, Nilamel, Kerala. He did his Masters degree in Political Science from the University of Kerala with III rank and MA in Public Administration with I class. He took his M.Phil and Ph.D degrees from the same University. He has seventeen years of teaching experience in various colleges of Kerala under the University of Kerala and the University of Calicut. He is life member of Kalabharati Kathakali Academy, Thiruvananthapuram, South India American Studies Network; and Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi. He was also a Resource person at State Council of Educational Research and Training, Govt. of Kerala.
