About the Author

SIDNEY M. WOLF is an Attorney and Environmental Consultant in Stowe, Vermont. He has taught on the college level, worked as a Washington lobbyist for enviromental groups, and has been a guest on PBS's McNeil/Lehrer Report and Good Morning America. His first Quorum book was Pollution Law Handbook: A Guide to Federal Environmental Laws.
