Polymeric materials have been used in many different fields in the worldwide for providing peoples needs in daily life. It has gained considerable importance due to it is capability with other components to produce a higher quality product. Polyaniline (PANI) is one of the most attracting polymers due to high conductivity and it has many advantages over the other conducting polymers, simple synthesis procedure, good environmental stability and reversible acid-base chemistry in aqueous solution. Polymers nanomaterials are more interested in the design daily life requirements due to their safety and friendly with the environment. Recently, the new type of polymer nanocomposites has been reported with high improved properties over neat polymers.Nylon was the first commercially successful synthetic polymer, consist of segments of polyethylene (CH2)n separated by peptide units(NH-CO)which are parallel or antiparallel. Application of polymer nanocomposite is found in wide fields such as mechanics, optics and flame retardants. The antibacterial efficiency of Ag/nylon nanocomposite was investigated by introducing the particles of nanocomposite into the media contain E.coli.
