Pop Out Loud: First Day of Soccer

Join Jimmy, the popcorn kernel, on his first day of soccer! In this story Jimmy learns to embrace his sensitivity and big feelings through mindfulness and communication, and that doing so is an act of self-love. Written to support highly sensitive children and mental wellness, this book is a starting point for discussing emotions. Popcorn pops, cookies crumble, humans feel. It's who we are, and not only is it okay, it's something we should be proud of. It makes life deliciously fulfilling!
