Offered here is one component of an assemblage which was issued in connection with the exhibition held at Entwistle, London, May 22nd to July 27th, 1996: Softbound book of 45 pages and 20 unnumbered pages of plates; illustrations, portrait. Very good but for small stain to front cover and stubborn stickers to rear cover and inside rear cover. Originally issued as an assemblage; what is offered here lacks the other components (portfolio, letter, envelope, and folded sheet.).
