Secure packaging
Old prints are vulnerable objects. Therefore, we ship our prints safely in an acid free cover and a secure cardboard package. Every shipment also includes your certificate of authenticity.
Insured shipping
In spite of all precautions we take, it is unfortunately always possible that an object incurs damage during shipment. This could for example be due to uncareful handling by the shipping agency. For this reason, all our shipments are insured.

You are obliged to inform us via the Return Form. You are responsible that the item returns to us in the original condition. The costs associated with the return are paid for by the customer.
