8 x 10". Inscribed: To Dr. Hal Agnew, good friend and esteemed associate, with best wishes. James A. (Al) Norell, Brig Gen USA, asst c/s P & A SHAPE. Provenance estate of Harold M. Agnew. Very good condition. (42549). Brigadier General James A. Norell served on active duty for 22 years before retiring from the army in 1963. His World War II assigments included a tour on general Dwight D. Eisenhower's staff in Europe. After the war, he was assigned to the staff of General Douglas MacArthur in Tokyo, as photographed 15 March 1963. Seller Inventory # 15873
