About the Author: Tamara Fackrell and her husband, Jacob, are the parents of five young children (8, 6, 4, 2, and newborn). A graduate of Brigham Young University and of the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Tamara has taught hundreds of at-risk youth the principles of conflict resolution. She works one day a week at the J. Reuben Clark Law School and was the initial director of the Schooley Mediation Program. She lives in Utah County with her family.
