Second edition. Slim octavo. Illustrated. Gift on the front flyleaf in an unknown hand from someone who knew the author: "for John / from B[?] Jenks- Powder River Jack & Kitty came out & stayed with us! We had great fun!" Inscription has offset a bit onto the front pastedown else just about fine in a tanned, very good dust jacket with tiny nicks and tears, just a bit of soil, and a shallow abrasion near the crown affecting one word of the spine title.
