Now an author, teacher, and master belief coach, Ray helps both individuals and businesses forge new beliefs and agreements to affect lasting and positive change.

Before becoming a coach and author, Ray had careers as a professional musician, engineer and a corporate executive for a nation-wide facilities company with over one billion dollars in annual sales.
