Vaishali has held leadership roles, including Program Manager at Google, and Senior Scrum Master/Program Manager at F5, where she built high-performing Agile teams. A Senior Release Engineer/Scrum Master at Akamai Technologies, Technical Project Manager at Wells Fargo, and Senior IT Project Manager at Charles Schwab. Earlier, Vaishali worked as a Software Engineer at IBM and as a Project Associate at IIT Madras. Vaishali is known for her leadership, mentoring, and fostering collaboration to drive innovation.
