Rachael Anne Hill is a nutrition, fitness, and health writer, and busy mother of two. She broadcasts regularly on radio and television, most recently as the nutrition expert for ITV's "This Morning". She is the author of the international bestseller "The High-Energy Cookbook"(Ryland Peters & Small), which has sold 45,000 copies to date.
Tamsin Burnett-Hall, who devised the recipes, is a food writer and stylist. She contributes regularly to Sainsbury's The Magazine, Best, and She and has written three cookbooks for Weight Watchers UK. She aims to create recipes that taste delicious as well as being healthy.
