Mona M. Patrick Mercier is an assistant professor and co-director of the Center for Wearable Sensors at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). He also serves as an associate editor of the IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems and IEEE Transactions on VLSI Systems. Prof. Mercier has been a recipient of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Council of Canada (NSERC) Julie Payette Fellowship, NSERC Postgraduate Scholarships, Intel Ph.D. Fellowship, International Solid-State Circuits Conference Jack Kilby Award for Outstanding Student Paper, UCSD Graduate Teaching Award in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Hellman Fellowship Award, Beckman Young Investigator Award, and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency Young Faculty Award.
