The Power of Ownership: It Is Simply a Matter of Choice.: A Tale about the Importance of Taking Control in Business and in Life.

Successful businessman Michael Khouri's allegory about three squirrels from Upheaval that experience the negative consequences of not making choices examines the process people go through when confronted with adversity and change.

The purpose of his In a Nutshell Series is to motivate you to own what you do in business and in life by paying attention and making choices. His message is: positive results, enjoyment, and success are derived from taking ownership.

The business and personal messages in this first book of the series are:

• Own what you do.
• Recognize the signs of change and challenge.
• Teamwork is a must for success.
• Strive to take your processes and efforts to the next level.
• There is no place for complacency.
• Be ready to adapt.
• Prepare for opportunity and you will recognize it when it arrives.

“... the strength of a positive approach and ownership is a timely message in today’s work environment.”
