Victor Mauer is Deputy Director at the Center for Security Studies, ETH Zurich, Switzerland. Sai Felicia Krishna-Hensel is Director of the Interdisciplinary Global Studies Research Initiative at the Center for Business and Economic Development, Auburn University at Montgomery, USA.
