About the Author

Johan Zudweig is a divisional head at Telefónica I+D, where one of his main responsibilities is representing Telefónica Móviles on the board of directors of the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA). He is also a professor in the technology department of Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona. Dr. Zuidweg is also the author of Next Generation Intelligent Networks (Artech House, 2002). He earned his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in computer science at Leiden University, The Netherlands.
