About the Authors

Vincent Joos is an Assistant Professor of Anthropology and Global French Studies at Florida State University. He recently published Urban Dwellings, Haitian Citizenships: Housing, Memory, and Daily Life in Haiti (Rutgers, 2021).

Martin Munro is Winthrop-King Professor of French and Francophone Studies at Florida State University. His publications include Writing on the Fault Line: Haitian Literature and the Earthquake of 2010 (Liverpool UP, 2014) and Listening to the Caribbean: Sounds of Slavery, Revolt, and Race (Liverpool UP, 2022).

John Rib� is Assistant Professor of English at Florida State University where he specializes in contemporary Latinx literatures and cultures. His work has appeared in Chiric�, The Journal of Haitian Studies, Cuban Studies, and ASAP.
