She began her journey as an inclusion coach in August 2022, driven by a deep passion for supporting and guiding educators, providers, and parents to foster personal and academic growth.With a wealth of professional experience, Tracy has developed a keen understanding of what it takes to help individuals and communities succeed. Her career has included instructional coach, administrator, and teacher roles, providing her with a comprehensive perspective on education and leadership.Tracy has also been a key contributor to developing high-quality early childhood education. She has successfully started two preschools and a community child care center and played an integral role as a team member on the committee that rewrote preschool state standards.In addition to her educational accomplishments, Tracy has a lifelong passion for health and nutrition, which she seamlessly integrates into her professional and personal life.
