Solving secret codes, uncovering a scandal, and trying to have cleaner water in their town—they’re all part of the adventures in The Mystery Underground! When Jake and Selah find confusing messages while geocaching, they aren’t sure what the notes mean. But after reading about Agnes Meyer Driscoll, a cryptanalyst, and learning about different ciphers and codes, they work with Rory, Xavierra, and Danielle to decode the odd messages. They realize the secret codes are part of a plot by some very important people to cover up problems in their town of Pottersville.
