There is a second section, called: Primary Ground Study Manua, which contains Civil Aeronautics Bulletin No. 21, Digest of the Civil Air Regulations for Student and Private Pilots 1940. Also includes a third section called Primary Ground Study Manuel Bulletin No. 21, 1939. Thus the total number of pages in the book is 339. There are a few pencil motes on one page and a tear on another page, otherwise interior is clean and undamaged. Gilt lettering on spine and front cover has become very dull. There are charts and illustrations galore, plus fold-out maps. The binding is of heavy duty design, tight and square.
