In this context, this study implemented the Value Stream Mapping tool (VFM) in a large electrical products manufacturing company, located in northern Paraná. The implementation occurred in the concreting process, integral in the manufacture of Double T poles, and aimed to increase the production volume and reduce its lead time. The application of MFV and the concepts and techniques of ME resulted in the projection of the elimination of one of the stages of the process and the improvement of the analyzed indicators.
