About the Author
Robert M. Abbey, BA, Solicitor, is the Legal Practice Course Director at the University of Westminster and the Law Society's Chief External Examiner in Conveyancing. He is also a consultant with Russell Jones and Walker Solicitors, London. He is co-author (with Mark Richards) of A Practical Approach to Commercial Conveyancing and Property, Blackstone's Guide to the Land Registration Act 2002 and Blackstone's Law QandAs on Conveyancing. Mark Richards, LLB, Solicitor, was a partner in a central London commercial practice and is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Westminster. He is subject leader for conveyancing and commercial property on the university's Legal Practice Course. He is co-author (with Robert Abbey) of A Practical Approach to Commercial Conveyancing and Property, Blackstone's Guide to the Land Registration Act 2002 and Blackstone's Law QandAs on Conveyancing.
