Vaastu Shastra is the ancient Indian science of architecture building construction and interior layout with furniture colours and pictures. It seeks to bring an agreeable connection between the builder the building the occupant and the environmental energies. Hindu philosophy says that fame and fortune depends on our horoscope or destiny and our Karma or our actions. Following Vaastu is a part of Karma. The followers of Vaastu Shastra believe that adherence to the rules brings good fortune to the residents of a house constructed and laid out as per Vaastu Shastra.
