This book is intended for those men and women on patrol, who need to be able to accurately assess a situation with a person and know what to do and say to effectively begin the de-escalation process in the moment, and not inadvertently say or do something that may actually escalate the situation.

Through fourteen chapters this book will cover some legal stuff, introduce you to your ACE card for effective and successful conflict de-escalation, break down your ACE, and then wrap up with tips and techniques and some little things to consider.
