This booklet was born of the need to train new ushers by a veteran usher. After much searching for the necessary tools that came up severely lacking, he decided to pour his extensive knowledge and experience into this helpful guide. With twenty years of ushering knowledge, the author is a trustworthy source of information, but that’s not his only qualifying factor. The author also spent twenty-five years in industrial construction as a Millwright and some time as an ironworker.
