Cloth. Condition: Very Good. New Edition. Substantial, American, Victorian Cookbopok. This edition solds only by subscription. Original edition publisged in 1888; this enlarged edition is dated 1891. 1288pp, including index, small line drawing illustrations in the body of the text. The interior text bloc is clean, especially for a cookbook. Ink name/address to ffep otherwise unmarked. The binding is tight and square, hinges are uncracked. Blank endpaper at back, removed. Tough, cloth binding seems to have been laquered. This has reduced kitchen/handing soiling, however, the cloth does show moderate soiling. Scans available & recommended. Very heavy weighing just over 4lbs, and is 2.5" thick. Appears to be scarce! NB - Postal Rates shown by ABE are frequently incorrect and are vague estimates NOT guaranteed rates.
