Dr Hornick’s major research interests are soft tissue sarcomas, gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST), gastrointestinal cancers, and mastocytosis. My focus in soft tissue sarcomas includes evaluating histologic and immunohistochemical parameters that predict clinical outcome and identifying diagnostic and predictive biomarkers.
