Meditation is a part and parcel of yoga but in this book due to some restrictions it has not been given in detail here. A separate book titled Practical Meditation is in the press which can be referred by the truth seekers separately. Hopefully the present book will be useful to the students and teachers of physical education and sports science beginners and for those interested in learning yoga. 138 pp.
