A sweetness of sugar can not be felt till it is tasted same way the benefits of yoga can not be visualized until unless practised sincerely. Today almost everyone is suffering with some kind of illness. Medication has become a normal day today activity. A well illustrated chapter on Shat Karmas is given in the book which if practised can get rid you of all the disease completely. Yoga is a vast subject which is not possible to be explained in a small book of this size. So only one form of yoga (Ashtang) has been explained in this book. Meditation is a part and parcel of yoga but in this book due to some restrictions it has not been given in detail here. A separate book titled Practical Meditation is in the press which can be referred by the truth seekers separately.
