Cancellations and Returns: under the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations an order may be cancelled before despatch or item returned for any reason within 7 working days of receipt. Unless the item purchased is not as described, return postage will be paid by the buyer. In all cases the buyer undertakes to take proper and reasonable care of the item whilst in their care and ensure it is packed appropriately for return.
