Item description from seller

5.5"x8". 412, index pages, illustrated with 100 Halftone Engravings. Purple cloth boards. Preface to first, third and fifth edition. Embossed white letters on spine. Spine straight, binding tight, pages clean w/slight tone. Not x-library, w/few marks in margins. Minor edge wear. Slight bumps to all four corners. Osteopathic Massage is a comparatively new term and so called because it was the massage work used by Dr. Chas. H. Murray, D.O., and developed by him when practicing for a number of years as an Osteopathic physician. He treated a great many patients with splendid success and ascribed no little part of the benefits imparted to the massage part of the treatment.
