This book is a product of a study on strategic Human Resource Management Practice as one of the characteristics that determine performance in organizations. Strategic Human Resource Practice enables the matching of organizations' capabilities and resources to the opportunities available in the internal and external environment. Jane Agusi Nyandiko is a doctorate student in the field of Human Resource Development at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology (JKUAT, Kenya). Currently, she is a Human Resource Officer at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, Eldoret, Kenya. She is a part time lecturer at the University of Eldoret and a full member of IHRM, Kenya.
