Crease along the length of the stapled spine. Crease across front and back cover. Smudging to front cover. Wear to cover edging. Top corners of both covers slightly bent. Small circle imprint on front cover. Smudging inside front cover. Wrinkling along middle edging from the title page until page 9. Small hole along bottom edge on pages 9-16, 25-40 and 49-56. Small spots inside back cover. Small spot along top edging of page 40. Text is clean with no markings. 64 pages, 62 pages with a page long lesson.
