Prayer the Great Adventure Study Guide with Leader's Guide Group Study Questions

The disciples of Jesus Christ once asked the Lord to teach them how to pray. Rather than offering a long discourse on prayer, He responded by offering a model for prayer. That short prayer, which is known as “The Lord’s Prayer,” teaches us how to pray effectively. This study focuses on the pattern for prayer that Jesus gave to His disciples and examines not only that pattern but how to effectively apply it in our daily lives. As you implement the teaching of our Lord into your own prayer life, you will expand your understanding about God and His nature, and discover a spirit of gratitude that you have never experienced before. Join us on this exciting journey into a deeper walk with God in Prayer—the Great Adventure. DR DAVID JEREMIAH is the senior pastor of Shadow Mountain community Church in El Cajon, California.
