Some merely steal money, while others will take your dignity, your soul. or your life. Even the least of them is dangerous. It's time for the hunters to take back the streets. Do your heroes have what it takes to defeat: • Over a dozen master criminals, such as El Azteca, Caligula, Janus, and Michelangelo Strake, whose plan may threaten the entire city • Five organizations - the mercenaries of Arsenal, the shadowy Consortium, the would-be world conqueror of UMBRA, the insidious Victory Party, and the eco-terrorist group WEB - that may pose danger to all of humanity. • Over 40 solo criminals of every type and inclination, such as the Blood Orchid, Chiaroscuro, Deedless, Dr. Dram, the Heretic, Andres Panthanatos, Saltpeter Mary, the Shrike, Temptation, and the Varangian • Over a dozen generic enemies (Cop, Gansta, Security Guard, Terrorist, and so on).…
