Molly D. Shepard, MS, MSM, is Founder, President and CEO of The Leader's Edge/Leaders By Design, the preeminent leadership development and coaching organization dedicated to the advancement of senior executive women and men. Molly is a sought-after speaker and the author of two previous books, Stop Whining and Start Winning (2005) and Breaking Into the Boys' Club (2009). Earlier in her career, Molly was Chairman, President and co-Founder of Manchester, Inc, one of the world's largest career development consulting firms. She is the recipient of many industry and community awards and has served on numerous public and non-profit boards of directors. She is a trailblazer in women's leadership and a champion for women.

Susannah K. Cobb, MA, a seasoned communications professional and writer, is director of client communications at The Leader's Edge/Leaders By Design, the preeminent leadership development and coaching organization dedicated to the advancement of senior executive women and men. Susannah previously worked in a marketing role for a financial services firm.  She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Mass Media & Communication at Temple University. Preparing For Your Prime Time is her first book collaboration. 
 
Starla Crandall, MBA, is head of research for one of the financial services programs at a large management consulting firm. She also works with a team of account executives to ensure client engagement. Starla previously worked in various marketing and development roles with the Inner-City Scholarship Fund, the American Psychological Foundation, and BoardSource.  Starla received a Master's in Business Administration from Drexel University.  Preparing For Your Prime Time is her first book collaboration.
