He is a founder of the Rocky Mountain Estate Planning Council, has served on the Board of Directors of the Denver Planned Giving Roundtable, authored a number of estate planning publications, and is the author of the book How To Live-and-Die-With Colorado Probate (Gulf Publishing Company, 1985). He received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
