Distilling wisdom from interviews with more than 300 tech industry leaders who are moms themselves, D’Anzica and Pons have assembled the ultimate list of tips, strategies and resources for tech mothers trying to balance their family lives along with their career aspirations.

Though the industry can be hostile to ambitious mothers, Pressing ON as a Tech Mom offers them helpful strategies and calls on male allies to support them in challenging workplace sexism. In the process, D’Anzica and Pons present the hopeful future of a tech world that views mothers as assets precisely because of their identities and not in spite of them.

Emilia M. D'Anzica is the Founder and Managing Director of Growth Molecules, a management consulting firm focused on customer support and success. The company's mission is to help organizations increase profit while maximizing value to customers. Emilia is also on several advisory boards globally and an active contributor of the Forbes Council.
 
As an early employee at several successful companies, Emilia amassed more than 20 years of customer experience in roles as Vice President of Customer Engagement at WalkMe, Director of Client Service Operations at BrightEdge and Director of Customer Success at Jobvite.
 
Emilia holds a BA from the University of British Columbia and an MBA with Honors from Saint Mary's College of California. She is PMP and Scrum certified.
Emilia resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with her three children and partner. Pressing ON as a Tech Mom is her first book.
 
Sabina M. Pons is an award-winning management consultant with a focus on driving revenue protection and growth for technology companies. In her 20+ year career, she has led global corporate teams, managed multi-million-dollar P&Ls and built teams from the ground up, all with the mission of inspiring customer centricity with a human-first philosophy. 
 
With a master's degree in Communication, Leadership and Organizational Behavior, Sabina is passionate about igniting corporate transformational change. She sits on several boards, participates in many mentorship programs and is the proud new owner of a first-degree black belt in Taekwondo. She resides in Orange County in Southern California with her husband, two young children and goldendoodle Riley. Pressing ON as a Tech Mom is her first book.
